Job Summary
A Team Lead (TL) demonstrates intermediate leadership roles within the organization. They are expected to take on additional responsibilities such as opening and closing the restaurant. Character is of high importance due to the responsibilities entrusted to them. TL’s are able to access safe and handle cash management. An TL is considered a role model among peers.
