Job Summary
In order to advance to an Advanced Team Leader 301 or 401 positions in our organization, you must be able to handle complex operational and people problems. Being an Advanced Team Leader 301 or 401 in our store means taking on full responsibility and ownership for your area of the business. These levels prepare candidates for a Vice President position.

An Advanced Team Leader 301 reports weekly during the Executive Leader meeting what has been accomplished in their area of the business
An Advanced Team Leader 301 makes significant contributions to the efficiency and effectiveness of operations in our business
An Advanced Team Leader 301 coaches and delegates responsibilities to the staff in their care
An Advanced Team Leader 301 will be graded on specific Measures of Success germane to their role in the business
Must-HaveS
Bachelor’s Degree or 1-year experience as a manager in our store
Proficiency in upper-level leader responsibilities (Scheduling, Ordering Truck, EOM, Managing Labor, Managing Food Costs, Food Safety)
Successful implementation of Impact Projects
